Learning a Clinically-Relevant Concept Bottleneck for Lesion Detection in Breast Ultrasound

I presented this work in an oral and poster presentation during the 27th International Conference on Medical Image Computing and Computer-Assisted Intervention. In this work we showed that using existing clinical concepts for explainable breast cancer detection performs on par with unexplainable approaches, when clinical intervention is permitted.
