Deep Learning Enables Large-Scale Shape and Appearance Modeling in Total-Body DXA Imaging

I presented this work in a poster presentation during the 5th Shape in Medical Imaging Workshop, held in conjunction with MICCAI 2025. In this work we showed that using deep learning to place fiducials allows us to discover body shape and texture phenotypes indicative of particular biomarkers.
